2. Data collected
The website presents the activities of Copper & Fields. If you contact us by email or via the form, we may collect your full name, organisation name, email address, subject and content of your enquiry, and any other information you choose to provide. The only mandatory form fields are those needed to respond to your enquiry.
3. Why do we use your information?
We use this information only to respond to requests, correspond with you and, where appropriate, assess a project or potential collaboration. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request. 4. Recipients and service providers
The data may be accessed by authorised persons at Copper & Fields and, where necessary, by providers of hosting and email services. Copper & Fields implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information received. The form sends messages via HTTPS and does not store their contents in a website-specific database.
8. Cookies and technical data
The website is designed to operate without advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. The hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP addresses) necessary for the operation and security of the service. Technical logs may be retained according to the hosting provider’s own settings and retention periods; we can provide available information on request.
